1. Information We Collect

When you submit our claim/intake form, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Your LinkedIn profile URL
• Your current role or target job title
• Optionally, a screenshot of your LinkedIn analytics dashboard
• Technical metadata automatically captured with your submission (the page you submitted from, and the submission timestamp)

We do not collect your LinkedIn password, and we never ask for it.

If you pay for the Pro Package, PayPal separately collects and processes your payment details (card/bank/PayPal balance) under PayPal's own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Prepare your LinkedIn profile optimization report
• Communicate with you about your order (confirmation, delivery, revisions, invoices, and support)
• Track the status of your order internally (lead status, delivery timelines, payment status, refund requests) for our own business records
• Improve our service and, in aggregate/anonymized form only, reference general outcome statistics in our marketing

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your submission is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us, and any uploaded screenshot is stored in a private Google Drive folder. Email communications are sent and stored via Gmail. These are third-party infrastructure providers (Google) that host our operational tools; we do not sell, rent, or share your information with them for their own independent use.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except:

• Google Workspace/Gmail/Sheets/Drive, strictly as infrastructure to operate the Service as described above
• PayPal, solely for processing payment if you order the paid package
• Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

5. Data Retention

We retain your submission and order history for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, honor the money-back guarantee window (3 months from publishing), and maintain business records (e.g. for accounting purposes). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us (see Section 8); we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your data

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not display third-party advertising and does not use tracking cookies for ad targeting. If we later add basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. to see aggregate visitor counts), this policy will be updated accordingly.
