When does the 3-month window start?
The clock starts the day you confirm your profile is live with the delivered copy and banner. We'll confirm that date with you by email.
How do I prove "no results"?
Share a screenshot of your LinkedIn dashboard showing your profile-view stats for the 90-day window. If none of the results above appear, we refund you in full.
What if I don't publish the delivered profile?
The guarantee requires the optimized copy and banner to be published as delivered. If you choose not to publish, the 3-month window doesn't start — but we'll still make any revisions you want.
What does "100% refund" actually include?
The full amount we received for the package — the entire $149, returned to your original payment method. No deductions, no credits, no store balance. The only exception is PayPal's processing fee, which PayPal doesn't refund (see the next question).
Why might my refund be slightly less than $149?
Refunds and transaction fees: if a client requests a full refund for a completed service, please note that PayPal does not refund the original transaction processing fees. Therefore, while we facilitate a 100% refund of the net amount received, the non-refundable gateway/PayPal processing fees incurred during the initial transaction will be deducted from the total refund amount — or borne by the client, as applicable.
How long does a refund take?
Once we confirm your claim, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. PayPal refunds are usually instant; card refunds follow your bank's standard timing.
